Covering 153 hectares, this preserved natural area reveals a stunning mosaic of habitats — wet meadows, water bodies, reed beds, and limestone hillsides. Recognized as a Voluntary Hunting and Wildlife Reserve and managed by the Departmental Hunters’ Federation, it is a true sanctuary for biodiversity.

As part of the “Echappées Nature” network, La Cabane de Moins welcomes a remarkable diversity of bird species throughout winter, migration, and breeding seasons. Alongside this rich birdlife, a wide variety of rare species also contributes to the site’s interest.

Various observatories along the interpretive trail allows visitors to discreetly wildlife watching, right in the heart of an exceptional natural environment.
